Essential Qualifications and Experience: • Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (e.g., C&G Level 3 or Level 5, NVQ, BTEC)., • Multi-skilled engineering experience with a strong focus on HVAC systems., • Comprehensive knowledge of building services disciplines, including heating, hot water, ventilation, refrigeration, environmental systems, electrical power and distribution, and public health., • Strong practical experience with building services, including Fan Motors, Belts and Filters, Fan Coil Units (FCUs), AHUs, and other HVAC equipment., • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working., • Good understanding of current building statutory compliance and Health & Safety legislation., • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels., • Ability to work proactively and independently with a strong focus on quality service delivery. Desirable Qualifications and Experience: • Unvented qualification and experience with hot water/heating systems or experience with chillers, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems., • HVAC certification (e.g., C&G 2079 F Gas or equivalent) and/or gas qualifications., • IOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification., • C&G 2391/2 18th Edition IEE regulations.
