As our new Executive Assistant, you play a pivotal role in our employee-owned business by engaging with colleagues across the Group to ensure they feel informed, inspired and connected as owners. Some of your key responsibilities: Administrative Duties • Coordinate complex calendars, travel and meetings across time zones, including agendas, follow-ups and logistics., • Manage correspondence, reports and presentations with discretion, acting as a gatekeeper for communications and information., • Support the delivery of senior leadership priorities by translating strategy into plans, tracking milestones and flagging risks., • Provide research, analysis and insights to inform decision-making, briefings and stakeholder engagement., • Lead and support projects and cross-functional initiatives, driving continuous improvement through smarter processes and tools.
