Contract: PermanentSalary: Competitive salary from Β£50,000 to Β£60,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.As our Operations Integration Specialist, youβll be the driving force behind ensuring that everything we build is ready for real-world operation. Embedded within our Capital Delivery Project Teams but fully representing Operations, youβll play a pivotal role in bridging project delivery and operational excellence. From day one, youβll influence decisions, challenge assumptions, and ensure that every solution is fit for purpose, future-proof, and operationally rock-solid. Youβll make sure operational requirements are not just considered but central to every project β driving resilience, boosting efficiency, and ensuring compliance. Whether itβs shaping outcomes, embedding sustainability, or ensuring day-to-day practicality, your insight will be key to delivering high-performing, reliable solutions that stand the test of time. What youβll be doing as an Operations Integration Specialist β’ Working on behalf of Operations and managing expectations to solution delivery (ensuring maintenance requirements are considered as part of the core design β feedback & challenge), β’ Create & manage Outage RACI & management plan, work with Operations to plan and schedule Outages., β’ Be engaged at a local level and understand site performance and restrictions, flagging risk to delivery., β’ Work with and support both operational and contractor teams to facilitate testing, including pre-requisite enabling activity, issuing health and safety permits and authorisations for key works on site., β’ Facilitate Operations to support & coordinate training on new assets, ensuring all appropriate staff are engaged., β’ Responsible for making sure all documents (Manuals, O&M manuals, Keys, Drawings, Schematics, Reinstatement & Decommission, maintenance plan updates) are received and signed off by COP, completing Ops Engagement., β’ Working closely with Operational site teams to encourage synergies to deliver project success., β’ Good understanding and grasp of Engineering solutions and experience of working in an Engineering solutions environment, β’ Engineering Degree, HNC, or equivalent work experience, β’ Understanding of sign-off project scope limitations and risk in line with Operational Integration, β’ Operational expertise and understanding to determine operational constraints & site restrictions, β’ Awareness of legislative frameworks relating to future requirements that may impact delivery, β’ Experienced in conducting site meetings to facilitate both Operations and Delivery teams, as well as forming part of the review process, β’ Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential alongside the ability to manage and influence multiple high-level and external stakeholders whilst delivering to tight deadlines, β’ Competitive salary from Β£50,000 to Β£60,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience., β’ Car Allowance of Β£4.500 comes with this role., β’ 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service.
