Our clinic provides both NHS and private treatments, including a wide range of cosmetic dental procedures such as Implants, Invisalign (clear braces), Crowns, Veneers, White Fillings, Teeth Whitening, and advanced hygiene treatments like ProphyJet stain removal. Located conveniently near the Metro system and a 10-minute walk from the city centre, our practice boasts three modern surgeries. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, • Every other Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm Your Role and Responsibilities: • Prepare dental treatment rooms and actively assist dentists during various procedures., • Educate patients effectively on oral health maintenance and essential post-treatment care., • Maintain accurate patient records and efficiently manage scheduling., • Perform basic laboratory tasks and ensure proper management of dental supplies. Our client, a leading specialist in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects, is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team. This role will have a strong focus on Sales Ledger, while also supporting the wider finance function including Purchase Ledger, payroll administration and month-end processes. Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities: • Accounts Processing: Handle all aspects of day-to-day accounting, including purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management., • Sage 50 Cloud Expertise: Utilise Sage 50 Cloud to manage and record transactions, run reports, and maintain accurate financial records., • Invoicing and Payments: Process sales and purchase invoices, track payments, and ensure accuracy in supplier and customer accounts., • VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC requirements., • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports., • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts regularly and ensure accurate financial reporting., • Payroll Support: Provide support in payroll and related processes as required., • Project Support: Work closely with the project management team to track costs, ensure accurate project invoicing, and maintain up-to-date financial records for ongoing M&E projects., • Ad Hoc Financial Tasks: Assist with various other accounting and administrative duties as needed, including filing, reporting, and responding to accounts-related queries.
