Rickmansworth
Clinic Manager / Senior Medical Secretary Rickmansworth Salary: £30,000–£35,000 The Opportunity A growing private healthcare group is looking for a dynamic, solutions-oriented Clinic Manager to join the team at an exciting time. We're transitioning from a successful small operation into a professional multi-site business, with ambitions to expand to 6+ clinics across the UK and treat 10,000+ patients annually. This is a role for someone who gets things done. You'll be based at our clients Rickmansworth office, coordinating a small team of interns and administrators, overseeing multiple clinic locations, and playing a central role in our continued growth. The Role In the early months, you'll get hands-on with the day-to-day running of the business — managing bookings, handling patient queries, and optimising our clinic management systems. As you settle in, you'll take on increasing responsibility for growth and strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include: • Managing patient bookings and communications via our SEMBLE platform, • Coordinating interns and admin staff across clinic locations, • Overseeing operations at London clinic sites (Harley Street and other locations), • Handling complex patient queries and escalations, • Supporting invoicing, admin processes, and reporting Growth responsibilities include: • Identifying and securing new clinic locations (Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and beyond), • Building clinical and admin teams across multiple sites, • Developing GP referral networks and commercial partnerships, • Supporting marketing, digital presence, and social media activity, • Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies About You We're looking for a racehorse, someone we might need to rein in rather than push. You'll thrive here if you: • Have a can-do, solutions-first attitude — you present options, not problems, • Have experience in a private healthcare or medical secretary role, • Are comfortable coordinating multiple priorities across different locations, • Are based near Rickmansworth or able to commute easily (Met line access helpful), • Are willing to roll up your sleeves in the early stages before stepping into a more strategic role Experience with SEMBLE or similar healthcare CRM systems is a bonus, as is any knowledge of CQC requirements. What We Offer • Salary circa £30,000–£35,000 (flexible for the right person), • Performance-related bonuses and potential profit share, • Real autonomy and the chance to shape a growing business, • A results-focused culture, • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to patients with an under-recognised condition This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
