The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing high-profile clients, particularly in fashion, beauty, and finance, and will be comfortable leading multi-channel campaigns while growing client relationships and agency revenue. This role offers hybrid/remote working flexibility. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery across digital campaigns, • Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, engagement, and ROI for clients in fashion, beauty, and finance sectors, • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope, • Mentor and manage a team of account managers and executives, fostering professional development and high performance, • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and industry best practices, • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques Required Experience & Skills • 6+ years’ experience in a digital marketing agency, with at least 2 years in a senior account management role, • Proven experience managing clients in fashion, beauty, and/or finance sectors, • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, content, and email marketing, • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills, • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-channel campaigns, • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring account teams, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, • Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven What We Offer • Flexible hybrid/remote working arrangements, • Opportunity to work with high-profile brands in fashion, beauty, and finance, • Collaborative, creative, and supportive agency culture, • Professional development and career growth opportunities
