This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, overseeing campaign delivery end-to-end, and ensuring all projects align with client objectives and agency capabilities. The ideal candidate will blend strong communication skills with commercial awareness, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaign management – spanning creative, digital, and paid media. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and ensuring their needs and objectives are met., • Maintain regular communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure overall client satisfaction., • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns that deliver against client objectives., • Work collaboratively with internal teams — creative, strategy, development, and paid media — to ensure excellence in execution., • Partner with the media team to plan, buy, and optimise campaigns across social, search, display, and emerging platforms., • Analyse performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROI) to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results., • Provide clients with clear media recommendations, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth strategies., • Anticipate and identify potential challenges in campaigns or client relationships., • Deliver regular performance reviews and reports, translating campaign data into actionable insights., • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role in a marketing/advertising agency., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships., • Solid understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, and performance metrics., • Hands-on experience with media planning/buying (social, search, display) a strong advantage., • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset., • Strong organisational and project management abilities, with attention to detail., • Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
