Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to design seasonal menus and daily specials. Promote team development and knowledge sharing of regional culinary practices. Monitor stock levels of key ingredients and spices, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste. Comply with all food hygiene, health and safety regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to accommodate customer dietary needs, allergy considerations, and feedback. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through consistency in food quality and responsiveness to special requests.
