Title: Customer Experience Centre (CEC) Assistant Team Leader \n Duration: September 2026 - May 2027 (Potential Extension/Permanent Opportunity) \n Location: Warrington, UK (303 Bridgewater Place, Warrington, WA3 6XF) \n Headcount: 1 \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Support, monitor and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives.\n, • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents and facilities vendors.\n, • Assist in managing on-site contractors and suppliers to ensure service delivery standards are met.\n, • Coordinate day-to-day facilities and workplace operations across the site.\n, • Support financial administration activities including purchase orders, invoices and reporting.\n, • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.\n, • Follow established escalation procedures and incident management processes.\n, • Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\n, • Prepare and maintain management reports and operational records.\n, • Drive achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\n, • Work closely with engineers, vendors and internal teams to ensure operational issues are resolved quickly.\n, • Maintain a high level of customer service for all internal and external stakeholders.\n\n \n Desired or Preferred Experience and Technical Skills: \n\n • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative, operational support, facilities or workplace coordination role.\n, • Previous Facilities Management experience.\n, • Previous Engineering Helpdesk experience.\n, • Knowledge of engineering operations or maintenance environments.\n, • Strong leadership and people management capability.\n, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\n, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.\n, • Experience working with vendors, contractors and multiple stakeholders.\n, • Ability to prioritise tasks and make effective operational decisions.\n, • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\n, • Experience working in KPI and SLA-driven environments.\n\n \n Top 3 Must-Have Skills \n\n • Strong leadership and team coordination.\n, • Ability to make sound operational decisions.\n, • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\n\n \n Working Pattern \n\n • Monday to Friday.\n, • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.\n, • 40 hours per week.\n, • Fully onsite in Warrington.\n, • No travel required.\n\n \n What Makes This Role Attractive? \n\n • Opportunity to work with JLL supporting HSBC.\n, • Potential for contract extension or permanent employment.\n, • Opportunity to lead a team and make operational decisions.\n, • Training and career development opportunities.\n, • On-site parking and gym facilities.\n, • Fast-paced and varied working environment where no two days are the same.\n\n
