The Role - In Summary This is a high-profile, business-critical role at the heart of our ambitious growth strategy. You will own and drive our growth plans, partnering with high-performing sales and support teams to turn strategy into measurable results. We’re looking for a results-driven sales leader who thrives on leading and supporting high-activity, process-driven and solutions-orientated sales to consistently close deals. Reporting directly to the Group Directors Performance Review Team and serving as a key member of the Group Sales Review Team, you will operate with senior-level autonomy, shaping strategy and influencing decisions. Candidate Match - What We Are Looking For Experience/Qualifications/Licenses/Competencies (holding or working towards is a distinct advantage) · Minimum 3-years leading a cleaning sales team within a service-led organisation · A driving license holder · Full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check and right to work in the UK · Relevant other qualifications welcome Live Our Culture · Aligned to our CARE values. · Thrives working in a fast-paced, service-led, entrepreneurial environment · Confident to change the status quo and look for better ways of working with a can-do approach. · Takes ownership and accountability to follow through tasks · Champions consistency, process compliance and communication. · A confident brand ambassador, passionate about delivering service with care Key Skills & Competencies · Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams, including leading organisational and structural change programmes. · Strong track record in being pro-active to generate high-quality leads and converting them into profitable opportunities. · Skilled at translating contract vision and client requirements into practical, innovative, cost-effective solutions. · Proactive and results-driven, with strong ownership, organisation, attention to detail, and tenacity. · Effective influencer and negotiator, able to operate credibly at Director and senior decision-maker level as a trusted Kingdom sales ambassador. · Commercially astute, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively. · Marketing-aware and confident using social platforms to support outreach and business development activity. · Clear, responsive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and confident presentation style for strategic pitches. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt internal systems, including CRM platforms such as HubSpot. Results · Can evidence job / sales target success (achieving or exceeding) in a similar role · Output and results orientated. Uses data to use drive measurable results Responsibilities (Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added) Key Responsibilities · Create and deliver a clear sales strategy to meet and exceed targets. · Support the tendering process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. · Work closely with the Marketing team to generate high-quality leads and strengthen brand visibility. · Identify cross-sell opportunities across The Kingdom Group and support them through to conversion. · Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to continuously improve the sales approach. · Build strong client relationships through networking, social engagement, industry events, and sharing relevant success stories and insights. · Confidently present proposals, solutions, and updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. · Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to service delivery. · Use sound pricing models and approval processes to protect profit margins while delivering value to clients. Compliance & Best Practice · Support all relevant statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. · Comply with any HOW we do business manual/s relevant to the role to hold a deep understanding of process. · Promote the use, optimisation, and centralisation of all Kingdom Centres to ensure best-practice execution across the group. · Support Kingdom social media posts by liking and commenting. · Submit any requested reports to your Line Manager for support, coaching and review.
