The Role As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, helping to ensure the venue operates smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in: Supporting the day-to-day run of the venue Leading from the front on the floor Staff training and development Maintaining excellent service standards and guest experience Supporting a strong team and being part of a close-knit family culture Cocktail knowledge and mixology experience is a plus, but not essential. Due to late closing times, candidates must be able to travel home safely if public transport is no longer running.
