Hello Everyone, We are Uncommon, a popular and established coffee shop / delicatessen. We are looking for new happy individuals to join our team. You must have previous experience as a barista (latte art is a plus) You must have previous experience as a salesman - saleswoman/shopkeeper and passion about food produce. Your duties will be as follows: -Greeting customers who enter the shop -Provide Excellent Drink & Food standards -Be involved in stock control and management. -Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for. -Being responsible for processing cash and card payments. -Stocking shelves with merchandise. -Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor. -Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers. -Balancing cash registers with receipts. -Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hoovering and mopping. -Responsible dealing with customer complaints. -Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays We offer a very competitive pay rate, discounted food for staff and monthly bonus based on sales and targets.
