If you're a Business Analyst who does your best work when the direction is clear but the detail still needs defining, this is worth a read... A well-known leisure and hospitality business is mid-way through a significant customer and colleague experience transformation. The vision is set, senior leadership is aligned, and the programme is live. What they need now is a BA who can take things from strategic intent down to what the business actually needs day to day, across four active workstreams. This is not a process-documentation role. It's business-facing, stakeholder-intensive, and genuinely varied. The Role • Elicit, define and document business requirements across multiple workstreams including CRM, customer data, colleague portal and health and safety compliance, • Bridge the gap between programme-level direction and operational business need, translating ambiguity into clear, actionable requirements, • Work closely with business stakeholders at all levels, building trust and keeping workstreams moving without formal project management structures in place, • Support improvements to customer experience and single-view-of-customer initiatives, with a strong focus on how customer data flows and is used across the business, • Engage with a range of site-based teams across the UK on an ad hoc basis, with all travel planned at least two months in advance and expenses covered, • Contribute to roadmap prioritisation and help the business make pragmatic decisions when faced with competing demands What We're Looking For • Proven BA experience within retail, front-end banking, or a customer experience-led environment, • Comfortable working across both customer-facing and colleague-facing digital processes, • Strong at managing ambiguity and stakeholder complexity without needing formal delivery frameworks, • CRM or single-view-of-customer experience, particularly where customer data sits at the heart of the work, • Confident, grounded personality with a low political footprint and a get-it-done approach Nice to have: • Experience in leisure, hospitality, or multi-site consumer businesses, • Exposure to portal or intranet-style colleague-facing tools, • Background working in organisations earlier in their digital maturity journey What's On Offer • £500-£600/day, outside IR35, • Hybrid working with just one day per month on-site. Ad hoc UK site visits with at least two months' notice, expenses covered, • Flexible team culture with genuine understanding of work-life commitments, • Six-month initial contract with strong expectation of extension To apply, send your CV across or get in touch directly.
