Key Responsibilities as our Room Attendant: • Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring they are ready on time and meet brand expectations., • Replenish linen, towels and guest amenities while maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked housekeeping trolley., • Respond promptly to guest requests and work closely with other departments to deliver excellent service., • Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns in line with hotel procedures., • Handle guests' belongings with care and professionalism while following all housekeeping standards and procedures., • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation. What you'll be doing • Preparing and assembling food to order., • Using kitchen equipment including microwaves, grills and air fryers., • Following recipes and presentation standards., • Managing food orders during busy service periods, either independently or with one other team member., • Delivering food directly to guests' tables., • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness throughout the shift., • Monitoring stock levels and reporting when supplies need replenishing., • Ensuring all food is prepared safely, with particular attention to allergens and dietary requirements.
