    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. In this essential role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by fostering strong B2B relationships and effectively identifying and meeting client needs. If you are passionate about sales, possess a proactive approach, and thrive in a target-driven environment, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success. This is a field-based position covering the Midlands region, including Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, and Peterborough, along with their surrounding areas. Regular travel within these regions is a core requirement of the role. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to achieve significant sales growth., • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential customers and deeply understand their specific needs., • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations expertly tailored to client requirements., • Negotiate sales agreements' terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties., • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and effectively resolving any issues., • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to guarantee efficient service delivery and high client satisfaction., • Daily visits to existing and potential retail customers to secure orders and actively promote our diverse product range., • Proactively identify and approach new customers to expand sales reach and market share., • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and provide accurate progress reports to management., • Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders. What We Are Looking For: • Proven experience in B2B sales or a closely related field is highly preferred., • Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to effectively influence decision-makers., • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential., • Superior organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks with precision., • Exceptional time management skills, enabling consistent adherence to deadlines., • A valid driving licence is required due to the extensive travel between client locations., • A deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships.
