    Site Manager

    £35000–£40000 anual
    Jornada completa
    South Tottenham, London

Lands Partners is a London property company — we buy, refurbish and manage residential property across the city. Our construction team is growing, and we're looking for a Site Manager to be our eyes and ears on the ground. This is a role for someone who notices things. You'll be out on the road most days, moving between our sites across London — checking progress, photographing work, writing up what you find and dealing with the builders face to face. If something is going wrong, we want to hear it from you before it becomes a problem. Office Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am–5:30pm. Friday, 9:30am–2:00pm. While the Office Hours are set, due to the nature of this position you might be required to have flexible start or end times. Office: Anna House, 214–218 High Road, South Tottenham, N15 4NP — though you'll spend most of your time out on site, not at a desk. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Visiting our sites across London to inspect ongoing construction and refurbishment work, • Photographing and documenting progress and issues on our company app (full training given), • Writing up site reports after each visit, • Speaking to builders and contractors on site — checking work is being done properly, and chasing what isn't, • Talking to neighbours and dealing with anything that comes up around our properties, • Spotting problems early and following them through until they're fixed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR This matters to us more than a CV: • You spot things. You walk onto a site and notice what isn't right., • You take action on your own. Nobody will be standing over you. You're out on the road alone most of the day, and we need to know things get done., • You're reliable. If you say you'll be somewhere, you're there., • You can talk to anyone. Builders, neighbours, tenants, council offices, building control inspectors — and stay calm and professional when the conversation is a difficult one., • You're comfortable using a smartphone app for photos and reports. It's simple, but it's a daily part of the job. ESSENTIAL • Full UK driving licence, • Right to work in the UK, • Flexibility — the nature of the work means hours can move around, and we need someone who can work with that, • Experience in construction, property or maintenance is a real advantage, but attitude matters more. If you've got the right eye and the right work ethic, we'll train you on the rest. WHAT WE OFFER • Company car provided, • Permanent employed position (PAYE) — not self-employed, • Early finish every Friday at 2pm, • A varied job — you're not sat at a desk, and no two days look the same, • A growing company where the problems you flag actually get acted on

    London

You’ll work from our office as part of a friendly, supportive team, with full training and guidance provided by an experienced manager. Whether you’re new to property or already have sales experience, we’ll give you the tools, knowledge and support you need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include introducing clients to suitable properties, arranging and coordinating viewings, assisting with paperwork, and supporting applicants throughout the letting process. This is a commission-based position, but we understand that this can sometimes feel uncertain when you have rent and expenses to cover. That’s why we want to be completely transparent about your earning potential. We keep a detailed track record of our agents’ earnings, and based on our records, none of our agents have earned below £2,000 per month while working with us. We have written records to support this, and experienced agents are typically earning around £2,500–£4,500+ per month, depending on their performance. There is no fixed salary cap — the more clients you successfully help and the more deals you complete, the more you can earn. We believe in rewarding performance rather than putting a limit on what a motivated person can make. You’ll have access to a portfolio of properties across London, regular client enquiries, your own desk and appointments, and ongoing support from the management team. The position starts with an initial two-week paid trial and training period, giving you the opportunity to learn the business, understand the process and see whether the role is right for you. During this period, you’ll work towards building your own pipeline and closing deals. We’re looking for motivated, positive and ambitious people who want to build a career in property and are willing to put the work in. If you’re driven, the earning potential is genuinely there — and we’ll support you every step of the way.
