The Opportunity We are hiring a Client Account Manager – PPC to take ownership of client relationships and communication across paid advertising accounts. This role is client-facing and operational, ensuring PPC performance, budgets, and expectations are clearly aligned between clients and our delivery team. This is not a campaign execution role, but a strong understanding of PPC is required. Key Responsibilities • Manage communication for a portfolio of PPC clients, • Lead regular performance calls and written updates, • Ensure client goals, budgets, and KPIs are clearly understood and documented, • Act as the link between clients and PPC specialists, • Review reports and translate PPC data into clear client insights, • Support ad spend tracking and PPC invoice-related communication, • Proactively manage risks, expectations, and retentionWhat We’re Looking For, • Experience in a client-facing or account management role within a PPC or digital agency, • Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid search fundamentals, • Confident English communication skills, • Comfortable discussing spend, performance, and optimisation strategy, • Highly organised with strong ownership mindset, • Experience working with agency billing or ad invoices is a plusWhat We Offer, • Fully remote, part-time role, • Work with a specialist PPC agency and performance-focused clients, • Clear processes and structured workflows, • Long-term collaboration with potential to scale the role, • Direct access to experienced PPC professionals
