Responsibilities • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach., • Work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Sales Development to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads., • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and prospects’ needs to inform business strategies., • Develop tailored proposals and deliver dynamic presentations to prospective clients., • Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed revenue targets., • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow ongoing business, • Work closely with internal teams (design, development, delivery) to ensure we delight our clients., • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market insights. Qualifications • At least 5 years proven experience in business development within a digital agency or related industry., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Self-motivated and goal-orientated, with a passion to succeed in a sales environment and able to work independently., • Proven track record of new business wins and increasing revenue growth, • Demonstrable strategic and business vision, • Well organised and able to deliver accurate and concise information and reporting, • Strongly capable with internal systems (MS Office, CRM etc), • The freedom to travel, as required, to client offices and to our HQ in Havant, Hampshire (mandatory when required). Desirables • Experience with Hubspot, • Experience selling custom software solutions, • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies (eg. AI)
