Senior Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Media) Full-Time - 6 month contract initially, with the intention to become a permanent role Location: Lamberhurst (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office) Reports to: Senior Performance Marketing Manager The Opportunity We’re looking for a performance marketer to join our Social & Digital team, helping us to lift our global campaigns to the next level. Supporting our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll have a strong appetite for growth and be able to generate valuable leads for our clients, predominantly in a B2B space. The role You’ll support with the planning, implementation and reporting of our clients’ global PPC and Paid Social campaigns. This role will suit someone with 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience. Responsibilities: • Setting up, running and optimising Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns., • Owning the delivery of campaigns as a key point of contact for clients., • Carrying out daily and weekly optimisation on campaigns to deliver high converting campaigns and improve ROIs., • Creating insightful analysis and reports using Digivizer and Google Analytics., • Supporting our Senior Performance Marketing Manager in digital and campaign strategy., • Working with our Account Managers to strengthen existing client relationships., • A collaborative approach, whilst also being able to work on tasks independently, • Supporting with the set-up of pixels and event tracking tools., • Supporting with digital audits, including paid media, SEO, email marketing and website optimisation. Skills & Experience: Essential • Hands-on experience planning and running PPC and paid social campaigns. You’ll have 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, being able to set up, optimise and report on Google and Meta Ad campaigns from day one., • Great client-facing skills. This is a client facing role, so you’ll be talking to our clients regularly and responding to their requests quickly., • Proven ability to analyse data for insights through Meta Ads manager, Google Ads., • A basic knowledge of Google Analytics. You will be able to use it to report on the success of your campaigns., • Strong organisational and project management skills., • An understanding of how paid media fits into the wider digital marketing landscape (including organic social, SEO, email marketing, website). Desirable • A knowledge of the B2B marketing funnel., • Experience working in an agency environment.
