Your main responsibilities are the Provision of Credit Controller Services Working alongside the Finance team members to free up their time to add value: General accounting duties including posting invoices / accounts payable / receivable Reconciling accounts and do the same for the month end for the whole debtor ledger Additional bank reconciliation / Amazon Reconciliation Credit cards reconciliation and CC payments (credit/ debits) Posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents Follow-up / debt chasing payments / monies owed (below a certain amount) Maintain complete sets of financial records / keep track of accounts, Reconciliation of accounts to ensure their accuracy The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on Liaising with management accounts team to ensure correct reporting of sales reports, margin and costs Understanding of the CRM / financial reporting system (Khaos) and liaising with the internal support providers for specific requirements / needs Work in line with agreed KPIs, standards, policies and regulations Required skills & experience: Minimum 1-3+ years’ work experience Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
