Overview We are seeking a highly organized experienced and proactive corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. The business is fast paced, dynamic and demanding and the candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn on the job to support business activities, both corporate and sales. This role supports a wide range of corporate legal functions, including governance, entity management, tender support advice and documentation, liaising and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to the internal legal team, sales team and corporate stakeholders and will play a key role in managing legal documentation to meet operational efficiency across the business and EMEA regions. Responsibilities Corporate Governance & Entity Management • Support the completion preparation and maintain corporate documents, updates and filing requirements in various jurisdictions to support establishment and maintenance of group companies in EMEA to support internal counsel and registration requirements. This will include managing processes with the assistance of external counsel., • Support in the formation, structuring, and dissolution of domestic and international entities and liaising with external local counsel and directors and stakeholders where required, • Ensure documents filed to comply with internal record keeping policy. Contract & Transactional Support • Review and manage NDAs, support commercial contract and documentation requirements, liaise with signatories., • Liaise with and support notarization and apostille documents, contracts and registrations for EMEA territories., • Support bid and tender processes by reviewing legal documents, bid process requirements and advise bid team and assist prepare bid documentation where required., • Advise the Sales team on internal governance requirements and support approvals process., • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery of legal documents, processes, contract signature External Counsel & Legal Billing • Act as a liaison with external law firms for corporate updates and activities to meet regulatory and commercial registration requirements within EMEA., • Support managing legal billing processes, including invoice review, tracking, and reconciliation to meet internal billing requirements. Compliance & Legal Operations • Review changes in relevant laws and regulations and assist in implementing necessary updates., • Conduct legal research and provide summaries to business teams for business needs as required ., • Support internal audits and regulatory filings as needed . Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or Paralegal certification preferred., • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment., • Strong understanding of corporate law, governance and compliance., • Experience with bid/tender documentation and preparation of documentation for compliant tenders and general commercial awareness., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise non-legal stakeholders at all levels., • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software. Knowledge of Legal Tracker platform would be ideal. Preferred Skills • Experience in a multinational or publicly traded company., • Familiarity with international entity formation and cross-border transactions and an ability to comprehend and follow legal advice exactly to ensure conformity with local regulation., • Knowledge of cross border EU and ME tenders and documentation requirements, • Experience of legal billing systems, • Familiarity with complex corporate structures.
