We are currently working in partnership with a Social Housing Provider in Preston, who are recruiting for a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor role on a permanent basis. This is an urgent fill, but the client is happy to wait for notice periods if required. The salary for the role is £44,000 (Dependent on experience). Demonstrable experience in Disrepair, Damp and Mould is required for the position. Also, Social Housing experience is a necessity for this role.
