This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of the business, supporting senior leaders, HR, and wider operational teams.\n\nWith a strong culture of internal promotion, low staff turnover, and excellent long-term stability, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a supportive and well-structured organisation.\n\n🕒 Working Pattern - This is a fully office-based position with no hybrid working.\n\n36 hours per week - Flexible start and finish times available\nStandard hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:20am - 4:30pm and Friday: 8:20am - 1:30pm (early finish every week!)\nFree on-site parking\nDue to location, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport💰 Package & Benefits\n\n£28,000 salary\nProfit share scheme\n25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, Option to buy/sell annual leave, Enhanced pension (up to 10.5% employer contribution), Life assurance (3x salary), Health Cash Plan (up to £625 per year), Employee Assistance Programme & 24/7 GP access, Share Incentive Plan (free shares after 3 years), Cycle to Work Scheme, Discounts via employee benefits platform, Long service rewards, Summer incentive, Christmas party, and more!🚀 The Role\n\nYou'll provide key administrative and operational support across multiple areas of the business, working closely with Directors, Senior Leaders, HR, and wider teams.\n\nThis is a highly varied role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and being a central point of support within a busy office environment.\n\n🔑 Key Responsibilities\n\nHR & Employee Administration\n\nSupport employee lifecycle administration\nPrepare contracts and HR documentation\nMaintain accurate employee records\nSupport onboarding and employee engagement activitiesExecutive & Business Support\n\nProvide diary, meeting, and coordination support to senior leaders\nPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondence\nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders\nHandle confidential information with discretion\nBook travel including flights, hotels, rail, taxis, and car hire\nCoordinate meetings, events, and training sessions\nSupport employee engagement activities\nArrange catering, refreshments, and event logisticsOffice & Facilities Administration\n\nManage shared inboxes and general enquiries\nMaintain office supplies and meeting spaces\nCoordinate vehicles, servicing, and contractor activity\nSupport internal communications and office coordinationReporting & General Administration\n\nMaintain calendars and schedules (travel, holidays, events)\nProduce reports and business documentation\nRaise purchase orders and support invoicing\nAssist with environmental and operational reporting👤 About You\n\nExperience\n\nBackground in Administration, Business Support, HR Admin, or Executive Support\nExperience managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements\nConfident producing reports, documents, and presentations\nStrong stakeholder coordination experienceSkills & Attributes\n\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nConfident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nProfessional, discreet, and service-focused\nProactive with strong problem-solving ability🚗 Additional Requirements\n\nFull UK Driving Licence\nOccasional local travel/errands if required\nAble to commute to Team Valley, Gateshead daily🌍 About the Company\n\nYou'll be joining a super fast-paced, global, innovation-led organisation.
