About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our pioneering team. You will deliver high-quality, engaging, and personalised teaching to pupils with autism and complex needs. Your role will include supporting pupils academic, social, and emotional development, contributing to curriculum development, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Who We Are Looking For You will be a dedicated teacher and excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with pupils with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties. You will thrive in a school community where collaboration, innovation, and a focus on pupil outcomes are central. You will enjoy: • Building strong, caring relationships with pupils and supporting their development., • Working closely with colleagues and multi-professional teams., • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (UK)., • Commitment to inclusive education and meeting the needs of pupils with SEN. About Us Our new Options Autism school Penny Tree will have capacity for 60 pupils and is expected to open in the near future. For over 19 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
