As EYFS Phase Leader, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Nursery and Reception. The school is looking for an EYFS Phase Leader who can uphold high standards while creating a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and ready to learn. As EYFS Phase Leader, you will: • Lead EYFS team and ensure high-quality learning, • Deliver a play-based, engaging curriculum, • Mentor staff and share best practice, • A Primary PGCE with QTS, • Strong experience within Early Years, with clear evidence of impact, • The ability to motivate and guide a team with clarity and purpose, • A supportive and approachable leadership team, • A welcoming, community-driven school environment, • Excellent CPD and career progression opportunities
