The role needs someone who can really get into the website, mind of the customer, understands their onsite journey and is constantly looking at ways to improve conversion. You will have a strong grasp on website trading and merchandising to maximise sales and website profitability. Knowledge of Shopify is a must as is the ability to be strategic and also hands on, with the ability to manage internal and external resource but not necessarily a large team to delegate to. Hybrid working and for the right person we can offer flexibility, but some time based in Yorkshire during the week is a must.
