SEN Teaching Assistant - Leamington Spa and Warwick There's a particular kind of satisfaction that comes from being the person a pupil actually looks forward to seeing. Not because you're entertaining or loud, but because you're consistent. You show up. You understand them. And slowly, things start to click. If that resonates with you, read on. We're Sprint Education, and we're recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term placements in Leamington Spa, Warwick, and the surrounding areas. New roles come in every week. Some have immediate starts once the right person is found, and others begin in September. These are genuine, ongoing positions - the kind where you build real knowledge of a pupil, understand what works for them, and become a steady presence in their school day. We're particularly keen to hear from candidates with a Psychology degree or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, and at least 6 months' experience working in a classroom.
