You will also service customer and make coffee Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and bake a wide range of products including artisanal breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts, following established recipes and quality standards., • Accurately measure and mix ingredients, operate baking equipment, and monitor oven temperatures and baking times., • Ensure all baked goods meet high standards for taste, texture, and visual appeal., • Maintain a meticulously clean and organized workstation, including all tools and equipment, in accordance with food safety regulations., • Assist with inventory management of baking ingredients and supplies, reporting stock levels and ordering needs., • Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and best practices., • Collaborate with the team on new product development and recipe innovation. This is a leadership-focused role, ideal for a coach looking to step into a position with real influence. You will be responsible for shaping curriculum, leading staff, and ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery across all programmes. We are entering an exciting phase of growth, with clear plans to expand our dance offer. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position as participation and provision increase.
