The main responsibilities of the Baler & Compactor Engineer will include. • Maintenance of balers, compactors, recycling shredders.and associated machinery, • Ensuring plant equipment functioning in the correct manner., • Maintaining all equipment on site, such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves., • Hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, • Installation of machinery onsite., • Maintaining all mechanical and electrical process equipment., • Fault finding and diagnostics., • Following a PPM schedule and recording follow up work., • Ensuring appropriate housekeeping standards are maintained on a daily basis., • Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety., • Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate., • Responsible for the protecting, always, of the integrity of the Company through positive and constructive actions and attitude.
