Guiding applicants through the grants process, helping them access financial assistance, mental health support, and funding for admission into our care home, assessing applications, ensuring they are complete and accurately reflect each individual’s needs, and making recommendations for support in line with the Charity’s criteria. Working closely with the Grants Sub-Committee, Mental Health Sub-Committee and Head of Operations, you will manage and prioritise applications, provide advice and guidance to applicants and their families, and liaise with partner organisations to ensure appropriate support is in place.
