Bedroom refurbishments: Refresh bedrooms with custom wraps for wardrobes, furniture, and doors, creating a personalised and modern retreat. Bathroom refurbishments: Upgrade bathrooms with waterproof, durable wraps for cabinets, vanities, and surfaces, combining practicality with elegant design. Interior refurbishments: Revitalise living spaces, hallways, and commercial interiors with bespoke wrapping solutions for doors, panels, furniture, and more, allowing customers to achieve a cohesive and contemporary look throughout their property. You’ll be offering clients a wide range of high-quality, affordable refurbishment options that deliver dramatic results with minimal disruption. 🎯 Your Responsibilities Proactively source and generate your own leads in the Peterborough (PE2) area and surrounding regions. Pitch and sell our kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and interior wrapping services to homeowners, landlords, and property managers. Manage the entire sales process: outreach, consultations, quoting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Keep accurate records using our CRM system. Work closely with our installation and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Represent the Re-New-It brand at local events and networking opportunities. 💰 Commission & Incentives 20% commission on every sale — uncapped earning potential. OTE £100,000+ for high performers. Special bonuses for exceeding quarterly and annual targets. No income ceiling — your ambition drives your rewards. ✅ What You’ll Need 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in commission-only roles. Track record in cold outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals. Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. Experience in home improvement, kitchens, or interiors is a plus, but not essential. We are looking for a Trainee Mechanical Fitter to join the team in our Peterborough workshop. Duties to include: Servicing of Companies and Customers equipment. Fabrication, including measuring, cutting and welding. Clean all equipment prior to service/repair. Ensure understanding and compliance of COSHH regulations. Using a wide range of tools & equipment to facilitate the repair of Company machinery. Manage Companies assets ensuring in good working order. Maintaining the cleanliness of the workshop areas, tools and various equipment and assets. Lifting and moving equipment, loading/off-loading vehicles and using lifting equipment with correct manual handling techniques. Read and Understand Workshop rules and risk assessment of your work area. Ideal candidate will have GCSE's in English & Mathematics, with Mechanical Engineering experience. Ideally with a UK Driving License. We are offering: £19,500 - £24,000 dependent on experience. 28days holiday (including Bank Holidays) Training for professional development - NVQ Level3 PPE Job Type: Full-time
