About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in a primary school setting who may display challenging behaviours or require extra guidance to engage positively in their learning. This is a rewarding opportunity to help shape young lives and make a real difference in the classroom. Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural, social, or emotional needs., • Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop strategies for self-regulation., • Work alongside teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams to create a supportive and inclusive environment., • Act as a positive role model, building trust and confidence in pupils., • Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school, youth work, or childcare setting., • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills., • A nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach., • Ability to form positive and supportive relationships with pupils., • A proactive and resilient attitude with a passion for helping young people achieve their best
