\n Oracle HCM Systems Analyst\n \n Our Business Support teams deliver the vital services to ensure the continued success of our business divisions. These services include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. Help build and keep the nation's critical infrastructure connected and protected 24/7. \n Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, youll be hands-on with analysis, troubleshooting, testing, implementation of new system functionalities and continuous improvements. Youll also coach colleagues, simplify processes, and provide first-line support to keep our HR systems running smoothly. \n This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in our Warwick HQ 1 day per month. \n What youll do:\n \n • Providing day-to-day functional first line support to the business\n, • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues\n, • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement new system functionalities\n, • Acting as a subject matter expert on HR and Payroll Cloud processes, roadmaps, and enhancements.\n, • Support testing and updates across all Oracle HCM modules, including patch releases and new functionalities, ensuring processes continue to function effectively.\n, • Produce clear, high-quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team\n, • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, suggesting enhancements to system functionality and user experience.\n, • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM / Fusion HCM / Core HR modules)\n, • Experience in implementation and configuration of new system functionalities\n, • Experience providing 1st line system support and raising SRs\n, • Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes.\n, • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues\n, • Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions\n, • 34 days holiday, including public holidays, plus the option to buy or sell days annually OR 26 days holiday, plus public holidays, and the option to buy or sell days annually\n, • Company pension scheme\n, • A range of family friendly policies\n, • Occupational health support and wellbeing Portal\n
