Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors and Group Procurement, the Senior Procurement Administrator and Project Coordinator will coordinate supplier activity across Heathrow and Langley, attend development site visits and maintain clear audit trails throughout the project lifecycle. DUTIES Your duties as the Senior Procurement Administrator and Project Coordinator include: • Procurement Administration: Administer purchasing activity in line with procurement policies, controls and governance procedures, • Supplier Onboarding: Support sourcing, onboarding and coordination of suppliers linked to the relocation programme, • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of quotes, approvals, contracts, variations and compliance documentation, • Spend Tracking: Monitor expenditure, commitments and approvals ensuring full audit trails and transparency, • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, contractors, suppliers and Group Procurement, • Site Coordination: Attend development site visits to review works progress and supplier activity, • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure contractors meet access, documentation and regulatory requirements, • Project Reporting: Maintain trackers, reporting tools and procurement systems to support project updates and governance forums, • Risk Escalation: Identify and escalate risks, delays or non-compliance in a timely and professional manner, • Administrative Support: Provide accurate financial information as required and manage workload to meet deadlines CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience in a senior administrative, procurement or project support role, • Strong understanding of procurement processes, purchasing controls and contract documentation, • Experience using procurement systems, project tracking tools or database management systems, • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and record keeping skills, • Confident working independently and managing multiple workstreams, • Strong communication skills with professional stakeholder and supplier management experience, • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets and reporting, • Comfortable working across multiple operational sites and attending development locations, • Reliable and trustworthy when handling sensitive commercial information, • Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong time management skills HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
