Senior Affiliate Account Manager Digital Agency Manchester (Hybrid, 2 days a week) Were excited to be partnering with a digital agency known for blending creativity, data, and performance helping some of the UKs biggest brands grow through smart, connected marketing. As the agencys Affiliate team gears up for its next phase of growth, theyre looking for a Senior Affiliate Account Manager to take the lead on global e-commerce clients and guide a small, talented team day-to-day based in their Manchester hub. Lead affiliate strategy for major retail brands across the UK, Europe, and the US. Manage and mentor an Affiliate Manager and Executive offering direction, prioritisation, and calm under pressure. Oversee day-to-day campaign management, reporting, and optimisation across networks like Awin (essential) and Impact (ideal). Work closely with Paid Media, Strategy, and Creative teams to deliver integrated performance campaigns. Strong experience managing affiliate programs end-to-end, ideally for retail or e-commerce brands. Organised and detail-oriented with proven ability to juggle multiple Tier 1 accounts. Bonus points for exposure to influencer-affiliate or content-led campaigns. Youll join a supportive, down-to-earth team that values initiative and fresh thinking. This is a role where you can make genuine impact owning key client relationships, shaping process, and helping define the future of affiliate marketing within one of the Norths most respected digital agencies.
