    Joe Role We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, energetic and friendly member to join our friendly team at Bolton shop. You will be responsible to provide excellent customer service in selling of our bubble tea beverages, and adhere the company policies and procedures to prepare the finest qualities of bubble tea. What is Bubble Tea? Bubble tea, the drink that is becoming ever more popular throughout the world! Bubble tea was first introduced in Taiwan after which it quickly spread across Asia. Drinking bubble tea is also becoming ever more popular in the America’s, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Bubble tea consists mainly of tea shaken with either fruit or milk, after which tapioca pearls are added. There are however many variations available. Some are non sweetened, some are extra sweetened while others are as thick as a smoothie or milkshake. Key Roles and Responsibilities • Provide an excellent service and product knowledge to customers., • Consistently providing well-crafted, beautifully presented and tasted bubble teas to customer by following our standard recipe., • Taking customer orders and receiving payment., • Maintaining a clean, organized and sanitized working environment throughout the day., • Being aware of and following operational policies and procedures., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment., • Available to work flexible hours that included evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Experience and Qualifications • Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal skills., • Knowledge of food preparation., • Adhere the policies and procedure to prepare the finest bubble teas with the qualities consistently maintained., • Ability to learn quickly and work as part of the team., • Ability to remain calm under pressure especially during peak hours., • Hospitality experience (1 year) is required, as well as basic knowledge of computers and point of sale system. We will: • Provide full training including all the tools and knowledge needed.
