Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high standards. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Maintain excellent customer service and handle any customer concerns effectively. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximise profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills.
