Role Description We have recently carried out a complete reset of the business following some difficult years and are looking for dynamic, diligent and experienced candidate to lead the sales effort and help us build back and grow our diverse sales channels. The Sales Manager will drive sales growth through building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with distributors, conducting market research, managing client accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service. This hands on role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and contributing to the development and promotion of our brands and products. You will be working alongside the MD and a small team to drive sales realise our potential. Enthusiasm and energy will be required along with the ability to hit the ground running Qualifications • Skills in Sales Management, Account Management, and setting and achieving sales targets, • Experience in Building Relationships, Client Communication, and Customer Service, • Market Research skills to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks, • Strong passion for craft beer and the beverage industry is highly desirable, • Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is required
