Restaurant Manager North Yorkshire New Opening Gastropub We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for an exciting new opening in North Yorkshire, offering a rare opportunity to help launch and shape an ambitious food-led country inn from the ground up. Currently undergoing a full renovation ahead of a planned summer opening, this charming country property is being transformed into a relaxed but high-quality dining destination with aspirations towards 1AA Rosette and beyond. The concept centres around exceptional hospitality, a strong wine offering, and refined produce-led food cooked over live fire and wood charcoal grills within a semi open kitchen. With approximately 35 to 40 covers, the focus will be on creating memorable guest experiences built around personality, warmth, and consistency rather than formality. The owner is passionate about building a business with long-term ambitions, including future private dining, tasting menu experiences, and further hospitality projects over the coming years. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on guest interaction, enjoys building strong local relationships, and wants genuine involvement in growing an ambitious hospitality business. You will work closely with the owner and Head Chef to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience that encourages guests to return time and time again.
