Sales Development Representative - Fast-Track Graduate Programme Southampton, £27,000- £30,000 basic + Uncapped Bonus Are you a driven, sales focused graduate ready to launch a high-earning career. As the platform scales, they’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to design and deliver high-performance systems across real-time data pipelines, modern frontend applications, and AI-enhanced product features. What You’ll Do as a Full-Stack Engineer: • Own the end-to-end delivery of real-time video, data, and AI-driven analysis across a modern digital content platform., • Design and build resilient backend services using Java and cloud-native infrastructure., • Develop modern, high-performance frontend applications using TypeScript and a modern JavaScript framework., • Architect and maintain real-time data pipelines using event-driven systems and streaming technologies., • Work across cloud-based serverless and containerised infrastructure to deploy scalable, production-ready systems., • Integrate LLM APIs and AI-powered workflows into product functionality and engineering processes., • Leverage AI coding assistants and modern development tooling to accelerate development and automate workflows., • Collaborate closely with a small, high-trust engineering team to ship features quickly and reliably., • Take ownership of system architecture, infrastructure decisions, and production deployments.
