Role Overview In this pivotal role, you will lead the investor relations team, including Junior IR Executives, while personally spearheading client fundraising, relationship management, and platform adoption. The ideal candidate is both a team leader and an accomplished investor relations professional with deep industry experience and strategic vision. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of Junior Investor Relations Executives, fostering skill development and high-quality performance., • Oversee, coordinate, and personally drive fundraising campaigns for clients, ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and success., • Build, manage, and strengthen new and existing investor relationships (family offices, HNWIs, institutional investors), with direct responsibility for key clients., • Provide expert guidance to fund managers on investor targeting and outreach strategies; deliver platform training and strategic adoption support., • Track, analyze, and report on fundraising campaign performance and investor engagement; utilize data-driven insights to enhance future efforts., • Conduct competitor and market research; lead the development and launch of new products and client offerings in partnership with the Product team., • Ensure exceptional client service, responding to daily queries from clients, sponsors, and prospective investors., • Develop and enhance internal best practices, playbooks, and process efficiencies across investor relations operations., • Represent aiRaiz at industry marketing events, conferences, and client presentations as a senior company ambassador., • Collaborate with BD, Product, and Operations teams to deliver seamless onboarding, due diligence, and compliance processes for clients. Requirements / Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or client relationship management in alternative investments (venture capital, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)., • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, ideally with experience managing or mentoring junior professionals., • Proven track record of delivering fundraising success, building long-term investor networks, and exceeding client targets., • Strong knowledge of family offices, institutional investor channels, and global fundraising workflows., • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; entrepreneurial spirit and strategic mindset., • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines., • Tech-savvy, with experience leveraging CRM systems and SaaS business platforms., • Able to commute to the London office., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Docs, PowerPoint) and/or google alternative. Nice to Have • Fluency in a European language (German, French, Dutch, Italian, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Portuguese, Spanish, Greek, Icelandic)., • Experience with SaaS platforms or capital raising/fund management technology., • Experience in real estate agencies or additional sectors of alternative investments.
