Since then, we have been working with EDF (French Electricity Producer). We are involved in several nuclear projects, including FA3 EPR (France), the French fleet, Taishan EPR (China), Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C. We are now looking for engineers to join our Team in the UK. Our human-sized structure (100 employees worldwide) allows us to devote ourselves to mentoring and training our engineers. SUITABLE CANDIDATE You enjoy analysing concrete problems, finding solutions and then setting them up. THE ROLE You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and managing commissioning documentation for ventilation systems, chilled water circuits, and chiller plants within a nuclear-grade environment. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC commissioning processes, system testing procedures, and the implementation of design modifications in accordance with project standards and nuclear safety requirements. You will be in charge of the following activities: • Prepare and update commissioning documentation, including test procedures, method statements, inspection records, and functional test sheets for HVAC systems., • Develop and review system commissioning plans for ventilation systems, chilled water circuits, and chillers to ensure readiness for handover and compliance with project milestones., • Collaborate closely with design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure design intent is met and all systems are properly tested and verified., • Coordinate with project stakeholders to implement and document design changes, ensuring technical consistency and traceability of revisions., • Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and functional testing activities to verify system performance and compliance with design and regulatory requirements., • Interface with QA/QC teams to ensure commissioning deliverables meet nuclear quality assurance standards., • Support preparation of handover documentation (e.g., commissioning dossiers, test packs, and operation manuals)., • Ensure adherence to nuclear safety, site procedures, and health and safety regulations at all times., • Provide technical input during review meetings and assist in continuous improvement of commissioning documentation and procedures. During the first months, you can count on the KURY Team to assist you all along your projects. This experience will give you the opportunity to move on to other projects in the medium term: you will tackle varied but complementary projects, studies and technical topics. Your understanding of the technical and environmental challenges will allow you to take on complex and critical transversal studies. REQUIRED SKILLS • Proven experience with ventilation systems, chilled water circuits, and chiller plant commissioning., • Strong understanding of system documentation—including commissioning procedures, test reports, and design change documentation., • Experience working within nuclear or highly regulated environments., • Familiarity with UK standards, UK regulatory frameworks, and relevant international codes for HVAC systems., • Competence in interpreting P&IDs, control diagrams, and system functional descriptions., • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams., • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines., • French-speaking would be an advantage.
