Relevant qualifications in childcare, early childhood education, or a similar discipline. First Aid and Paediatric First Aid certifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the family.
