Duties will include all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, preparation, cooking of dishes and maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have experience in Greek cuisine, advanced delivery platform knowledge and marketing campaings. Shifts fall between 10am and midnight. As weekend days are our busiest times, weekend availability is essential for this role.
