    Looking for an exciting opportunity working in Enfield? You must live in Enfield. We're recruiting for Trainee Scaffolders to work on a temporary but long-term basis. You must have: COTS trainee card (or H&S touchscreen pass) Day Shifts, Monday - Friday, 7:30am Starts - 3:30pm Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee Scaffolder, based in Enfield. The responsibilities include assisting in the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding systems in compliance with safety standards. Trainee Scaffolders will work under the supervision of experienced scaffolders, participate in training programs, and gain hands-on experience in working at heights and using scaffolding tools. The role requires a willingness to learn, a focus on safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications Basic understanding or willingness to learn skills related to working at height and confined spaces Experience or certification in CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and fall protection measures Knowledge or training in scaffolding practices, techniques, and safety standards A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction Physical fitness and the ability to work in varying weather conditions A proactive attitude with a willingness to complete required training and certifications Prior experience in construction or scaffolding is a plus but not mandatory

You will be actively involved in servicing, maintenance, and repair work from day one, receiving comprehensive support and guidance from our experienced technicians to foster your professional development. Key Responsibilities: • Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard., • Assist with and conduct vehicle inspections in accordance with DVSA guidelines., • Diagnose basic faults and contribute to more complex diagnostic tasks., • Repair or replace defective vehicle components effectively., • Perform routine servicing, including brakes, tyres, and oil changes., • Accurately complete vehicle inspection checklists and all job documentation., • Maintain all tools and workshop equipment in excellent working order., • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment., • Collaborate with senior technicians to continuously enhance your skills. About You: We are looking for a proactive individual with some hands-on experience, eager to learn and grow within the motor trade. • Some hands-on mechanical or vehicle maintenance experience (e.g., workshop, fast-fit, or similar setting)., • A good understanding of basic vehicle systems., • Familiarity with common tools and workshop equipment., • A strong work ethic and a reliable, committed approach., • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, busy environment., • Keen enthusiasm for learning and career progression., • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality in your work., • Previous experience in a garage or fast-fit environment., • A relevant college qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Vehicle Maintenance)., • A full UK driving licence.
