Personal Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) \n Salary: £40,000 per annum \n Location: Wokingham, UK - (This role is Office based Mon - Fri) \n Are you a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking an experienced PA to provide dedicated, high-level support to our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). \n This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied and dynamic role, feels confident managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. \nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\n • Providing comprehensive diary, travel, and expenses management for the CCO\n, • Acting as the key point of contact between the CCO, colleagues, vendors, and clients\n, • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and monthly Board packs\n, • Coordinating internal and external communications on behalf of the CCO\n, • Managing day-to-day office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships\n, • Supporting company events, consumer demonstrations, and office socials\n, • Competitive basic salary £40,000 per annum\n, • 25 days holiday + 8 Statutory Holiday Days + 1 extra day for your birthday!\n, • Pension scheme\n, • Life assurance + critical illness cover\n, • Company bonus scheme\n, • Enhanced cash health plan\n, • Wellbeing program\n, • Cycle to work scheme\n, • Employee Discount\n, • Free on-site parking\n, • Fully supported induction and on-going training\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n, • Previous experience supporting a Director, C-suite executive, or senior leadership team is essential.\n, • Excellent organisational and time-management skills\n, • Strong written and verbal communication abilities\n, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n, • Confidence handling confidential information with discretion\n, • A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach\n, • Occasional travel to other office locations will be required to support the CCO. A full UK driving licence may be beneficial.\n
