We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This position is well-suited for candidates with a background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning who excel at developing production-grade AI applications utilizing Microsoft platforms such as M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, and have at least one year of relevant experience. The Role You will be the key owner for the development and deployment of our agentic document analysis systems. Your work will extend significantly beyond simple prompt engineering; you will be architecting the resilient infrastructure required for our Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) to reliably ingest, process, and reason over complex documents at scale.
