Shift Patterns • Must be available for various shift patterns., • Average shift length 8 – 12 hours but would be expected to accommodate the business needs., • There’s no loading or unloading required. It’s all about driving safely, providing good customer service, and working positively with other members of the team., • Driving from RDC to working with boxed trailers only, so no curtains to strap up., • Clean easy work, with no handball or pump truck use; you only open box trailer doors., • Flexible Working hours., • 20 days paid holidays., • On-site Parking., • Over time available each week., • We have access to the latest truck technology both on safety and sustainability., • Have a Valid Driving License with category C+E (HGV class 1)., • Minimum of 1 year experience required, • Hold a UK Driver DQC (Blue Card) - Drivers CPC., • Have 35hrs of Driver Professional Competence., • Have a Digital Tachograph / Smart Chip Card., • Be able to speak & read English satisfactorily., • Have a maximum of 6 penalty points on Driver’s License (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)., • Interact with our clients in a professional and courteous manner., • Complete daily walk around checks on trucks/trailers and notify the manager of any issues via phone / App., • Ensure Drivers Hours and Working Time Regulations are fully compliant., • Keep in contact with the Transport Manager regarding delays to destinations, and issues with vehicles and routes., • Help develop new and better practices for the rest of your driver team, by providing feedback about jobs to the business, so we may do better, and help you the driver.

Role Outline As our team of dedicated clinicians continues to grow throughout 2025, we are hiring for passionate and patient-centred Clinical and Counselling Psychologists to join our Psych Health service. In line with our dynamic growth, we offer a flexible approach to employment. This remote position is available Monday to Friday on a part-time (a minimum of 2 days per week) or full-time basis, catering to your work-life balance preferences. Candidates must be able to commit to either a Tuesday or a Thursday to accommodate for weekly team meetings. The Role: This is a fast-paced clinical role, where you’ll have variety in your caseload and be treated as a valued member of the team. On a weekly basis, you'll deliver exceptional one-to-one psychological triage, assessment and brief, goal-oriented treatment to a caseload of adult patients who are motivated to get well and presenting with varied clinical presentations and contextual factors. You’ll also benefit from fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings, which rotate between specially in-house curated CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, self-care practices, and team business updates. Your role will involve a broad spectrum of clinical responsibilities, promising a dynamic and fulfilling work experience. In addition to the core clinical focus of the role, you will also have the opportunity from time to time to get involved with other exciting elements, such as: • Developing specialist capabilities in workplace-focused psychological therapy, along with the creation and facilitation of related training programmes., • Conducting specialist assessments for our clients (e.g. fitness for work; vulnerable role assessments, neurodiversity assessments, and cognitive assessments)., • Designing and delivering impactful mental health workshops for our key clients., • Being supported to create a personalised annual development plan, crafted to realise your long-term professional ambitions. The Person: • A HCPC-registered Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with relevant clinical experience, preferably in Primary Care or occupational health settings., • A solid background in delivering a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies and brief, solution-focused interventions remotely via video call., • Experience working with a diverse demographic, encompassing adults, is essential., • Additional experience working with children, young people and families is desirable, but not essential., • Candidates with experience of delivering neurodiversity assessments will be highly desirable., • A commitment to personal growth, skill acquisition, and active contribution to the development of our services., • A team-oriented individual who is eager to join and enhance our large and expanding collective of psychology professionals (CBT Therapists, Counsellors, and Psychologists), enthused by improving workplace health.
