Role Outline As our team of dedicated clinicians continues to grow throughout 2025, we are hiring for passionate and patient-centred Clinical and Counselling Psychologists to join our Psych Health service. In line with our dynamic growth, we offer a flexible approach to employment. This remote position is available Monday to Friday on a part-time (a minimum of 2 days per week) or full-time basis, catering to your work-life balance preferences. Candidates must be able to commit to either a Tuesday or a Thursday to accommodate for weekly team meetings. The Role: This is a fast-paced clinical role, where you’ll have variety in your caseload and be treated as a valued member of the team. On a weekly basis, you'll deliver exceptional one-to-one psychological triage, assessment and brief, goal-oriented treatment to a caseload of adult patients who are motivated to get well and presenting with varied clinical presentations and contextual factors. You’ll also benefit from fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings, which rotate between specially in-house curated CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, self-care practices, and team business updates. Your role will involve a broad spectrum of clinical responsibilities, promising a dynamic and fulfilling work experience. In addition to the core clinical focus of the role, you will also have the opportunity from time to time to get involved with other exciting elements, such as: • Developing specialist capabilities in workplace-focused psychological therapy, along with the creation and facilitation of related training programmes., • Conducting specialist assessments for our clients (e.g. fitness for work; vulnerable role assessments, neurodiversity assessments, and cognitive assessments)., • Designing and delivering impactful mental health workshops for our key clients., • Being supported to create a personalised annual development plan, crafted to realise your long-term professional ambitions. The Person: • A HCPC-registered Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with relevant clinical experience, preferably in Primary Care or occupational health settings., • A solid background in delivering a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies and brief, solution-focused interventions remotely via video call., • Experience working with a diverse demographic, encompassing adults, is essential., • Additional experience working with children, young people and families is desirable, but not essential., • Candidates with experience of delivering neurodiversity assessments will be highly desirable., • A commitment to personal growth, skill acquisition, and active contribution to the development of our services., • A team-oriented individual who is eager to join and enhance our large and expanding collective of psychology professionals (CBT Therapists, Counsellors, and Psychologists), enthused by improving workplace health. Procurement Manager (Category Lead) (Public Sector) Hybrid: Can be Fully Remote: Location: North London Rate: £450 - £500p/d Umbrella Local Government / Public Sector Experience Essential (CIPS Also Essential) Job Purpose To develop and maintain a forward procurement plan for the assigned category or categories. To act as the subject matter expert in procurement, providing strategic and operational guidance that ensures outcomes are delivered effectively and resources are used to best effect. The role is responsible for leading and owning category strategies that deliver both commercial and social outcomes, including financial savings, enhanced service quality, social value, and environmental benefits. The postholder will conduct end-to-end procurements within the agreed scope, ensuring compliance with relevant procurement rules and legislation, while building and maintaining strategic stakeholder relationships. Minimum of 1 year experience required Hold a UK Driver DQC (Blue Card) - Drivers CPC. Have 35hrs of Driver Professional Competence. Have a Digital Tachograph / Smart Chip Card. Be able to speak & read English satisfactorily. Have a maximum of 6 penalty points on Driver’s License (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements). Successfully interviewed drivers will be required to pass drug and alcohol & criminal records background checks by Her Majesty's Government authorities, and external reference agencies. HGV Driver Responsibilities Interact with our clients in a professional and courteous manner. Complete daily walk around checks on trucks/trailers and notify the manager of any issues via phone / App. Ensure Drivers Hours and Working Time Regulations are fully compliant. Keep in contact with the Transport Manager regarding delays to destinations, and issues with vehicles and routes. Help develop new and better practices for the rest of your driver team, by providing feedback about jobs to the business, so we may do better, and help you the driver. Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach – Health, Safety & Environmental Standards Location: Remote / Flexible Working Salary: Up to £35,000 Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays We are supporting a successful training company in recruiting an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach to deliver and support learners in Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, alongside Team Leader and logistics apprenticeship standards. This is a remote role with flexible working arrangements, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment. The Role You will deliver training and coaching to apprenticeship learners remotely, including both group sessions and one-to-one support. Your work will help learners complete their qualifications and develop their professional skills. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver training on Health, Safety and Environmental Technician (Level 3) and Team Leader (Level 3) and Logistic apprenticeship standards, ensuring learners understand the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required., • Provide individualised coaching to support learner progress, including one-to-one sessions tailored to each learner’s needs and abilities., • Facilitate remote group sessions, including masterclasses or workshops, encouraging engagement, discussion, and practical application of learning., • Support learners in practical assessments and project work, providing guidance and constructive feedback., • Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, achievements, and assessment outcomes., • Ensure all training and coaching aligns with employer requirements, apprenticeship standards, and organisational policies., • Contribute to continuous improvement of training programmes, offering insights from learner feedback and industry best practices., • Advise and mentor learners on career pathways and professional opportunities within their sector. Requirements • Experience in Health & Safety, Team Leading, or Logistics., • Recognised teaching or assessor qualification (e.g Award in Education & Training, Assessor Award, or equivalent)., • Vocational competence in Health & Safety or Team Leading. Logistics would also be highly desirable., • Knowledge and experience in delivering and coaching of government-funded training programmes, particularly apprenticeships., • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners.
