European Fleet Coordinator Location: Chertsey, Surrey (KT16 9DT) – Hybrid Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Reporting to: Head of Business Administration Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive European Fleet Coordinator to oversee, maintain, and optimise our vehicle fleet across multiple European countries. This is a key role responsible for managing day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and controlling costs. You will act as the main point of contact for all fleet-related queries, while building strong relationships with leasing providers and external partners. Key Responsibilities Fleet Management & Administration • Demonstrate passion, integrity, honesty, and respect in all aspects of the role. Skills & Experience • Proven experience in fleet or transport operations, with exposure to European logistics and regulations, • Strong knowledge of UK/EU vehicle compliance requirements, • Experience in an administrative or office support role, • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential), • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, • Full, clean driving licence, • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus), • Degree-level education (preferred) What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a team player with a hands-on approach who is willing to support colleagues across the business when needed.
